Referral Program FAQs
How to identify a customer for our Fleet Program:
- Businesses with at least one company vehicle. This includes light/medium/heavy duty trucks.
- Businesses paying for fuel with:
- Cash/Debit Card
- Business Credit Card
- Alternative Fleet Fuel Card (e.g. Voyager, Fuelman, Comdata, EFS, T-Check, Multiservice, WEX)
- Businesses looking to save on their fuel expenses at 7-Eleven, Speedway and Stripes.
Who is a good referral?
- Drivers who are fueling company sedans, SUVs, vans and pickup trucks and do not currently use one of our proprietary branded fleet cards.
- Drivers who are fueling box trucks, moving trucks, reefer trucks and 18-wheelers at high-speed diesel pumps and would like discounts on truck diesel at our stores.

Proprietary Fleet Card (7-Eleven Commercial Fleet Mastercard, 7-Eleven Business Fleet, 7-Eleven Fleet Business Universal) – Mixed Fleets
- Forecourt Customers: Companies usings sedans, SUVs, vans and pickup trucks.
7FLEET Diesel Network – Commercial Fueling Lanes (CFLs)
- Backcourt Customers: Box trucks, moving trucks, reefer trucks, and 18-wheelers.
- Get business card or contact information for the Fleet referral (Company, contact name, and phone number)
- Submit a valid referral in the form below (We will reach out to the fleet within 48 hours)
- Once the Fleet referral meets the program requirements, you will receive an email from ServiceAwards@7-11.com
- Open your redemption link to choose from a catalog of gifts
- Proprietary Fleet Card Customer – Mixed Fleet
- $50 gift – Once the fleet submits a valid application
- $100 gift – When application is approved and fleet becomes a new account
- 7FLEET Diesel Network Customer
- $50 gift – Once we negotiate a valid agreement with a fleet
- $50 gift – Once the fleet fuels their first 500 gallons
- Proprietary Fleet Card Customer – Mixed Fleet
- Any 7-Eleven Franchise or Corporate Store Employees including Sales Associates
- Any Operations (Market Managers, Area Leaders, Field Consultants) and Store Support personnel

Qualifications for fleet referral rewards:
- Submission must be on behalf of a business entity, not an individual consumer
- Must provide a valid contact name and contact information for the fleet
- Cannot be existing 7-Eleven Fleet customer or have been a customer in the past 180 days
- Successful referrals get paid out to Referrer Email, so please ensure this is entered correctly
- Cannot be a fleet that has already been referred. Duplicate referrals will be handled by 7-Eleven Fleet team in the order it was received.
- 7FLEET Diesel Network – Commercial Fueling Lane (CFLs) referrals are only currently available for fleets fueling up at our 7FLEET Diesel Network – Commercial Fueling Lane locations. View Locations Map
- 7-Eleven Proprietary Card applications must be correctly and completely filled out with all required paperwork submitted to WEX or Corpay to be eligible for the $50 application gift
- Awarded gifts must be redeemed within 180 days or they may expire.
- Any current or past employees of WEX and Corpay are not eligible to receive gifts for referrals
- Program subject to change at any time, without notice.
- Only available to employees and franchisees in the US.
